Thank you again for the fine work, which you carried out on our house.  Four bathrooms in a 17th century mill house was never going to be a straightforward proposition.

However, you tackled each of them on their own merits and your keen eye and fine craftsmanship resulted in transformations, which still respect each room's charm and character.

Moreover, you showed great consideration for the accompanying upheaval in our house during this time.  All work was tidied up at the end of each day and functional downtime on the bathrooms was kept to a real minimum.

It had been a fair few years since I had last had any work carried out at home,  However, I decided to move with the times and invested in a new, modern, updated Kitchen.  Steve was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I found him.  From the very first day, Steve was reliable, prompt and extremely professional.  Steve is mindful how installations can impact on customers, especially with a kitchen fit.  However, after each working day he would ensure it was clean and tidy for me to return to.

Steve and his team undertook the refurbishment of our bathroom in our home on the edge of the Cotswolds. It is of the “European” design incorporating a laundry and was deceptively complex because of the constituents and a number of novel features.

I was impressed with Steve from the outset, he was open minded and relished the challenge that this installation provided.

​

Steve turned up promptly every day and worked diligently through. He only seemed to stop when it was past the time to go home such was his desire to get it right.

He set about clearing out the old bathroom and then very professionally created the framework for the new bathroom. This included a purpose made cupboard. In doing this he ensured that all the services were properly installed, able to be isolated and serviced in the future, a very important consideration given that we expect his bathroom to last up to 20 years. Then after careful consideration of layout the porcelain tiling was applied. Finally the units were put into place and the valves and taps installed.

Particular care was taken with the electrics, lighting and extraction where Steve employed a gifted control engineer and electrician.

As an experienced chartered engineer who had been very involved with the design I followed this build particularly carefully, I was impressed with the care taken over the build ...but I was staggered with the end result. We now have a really well built bathroom with a WOW factor. Thank you Steve and the team.

I have just had my downstairs cloakroom completely refurbished and I am over the moon with the result.  Steve planned it all from start to finish to a high specification.

Many thanks Steve for the work in our family bathroom, and Keith for the lighting and the loft lighting too - Looks great!!  We are very slowly getting it decorated!!   See you in August when you come to do the cloak room.

We wanted an existing bathroom in our barn converted into a wet room / shower room.  The job involved gutting the room completely, moving the plumbing around, reinforcing the floor, tanking, tiling and building a bespoke bathroom unit for a new basin.  The room itself is partly under the eaves of the barn which made the job more difficult, plus we wanted a rainwater-effect shower that required higher water pressure than we had.  From his first visit Steve could not have been more helpful, providing invaluable advice about the bathroom's design, what to buy and where we could buy it.  He started the job as arranged and accommodated the fact that several items arrived later than he needed them without any complaint.  He really bent over backwards to assist us and to achieve exactly what we wanted.  The bathroom was completed as planned to a very high standard.  It looks and is fantastic - we are delighted and could not recommend Steve more highly.   We were lucky to find him.

We’re very happy with the family bathroom and utility/shower room that Steve fitted out for us. The standards of workmanship and finish are first class, Steve took time and care at every step of the way and throughout the process the working areas were kept neat and tidy with the minimum of disruption.
