Do you offer a design and installation service?
Yes. We are here to make your vision a reality. All our kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms are designed, made and fitted to your exact specification. All our design work is included within our no obligation quotations, so what have you got to lose giving us a call today?
If you have already sourced your products, we are also happy to provide a fitting only service.
That’s a tough question as each project differs from the next. We will ensure (where possible) to provide a clear breakdown of supply and installation, along with gas, electrics, waste disposal and plumbing (if required).
Steve Randle Installations Ltd works on a wide variety of projects and we are confident we offer exceptional value for money to all our customers. If you are working to a budget, please feel free to let us know and we will endeavor work with you to achieve this where possible.
How long will my project take to complete?
This timescale is dependent on the ordering of materials and, if you are opting for our bespoke, handmade products, their build time. Most of our bespoke furniture is hand built by skilled cabinet makers here in Great Britain, so you don’t want to rush the quality of its finish.
During the course of your project we will be upfront with you if there are any problems or delays encountered along the way.
Yes, we are also able to undertake additional furniture projects around the house using our bespoke furniture craftsmen.

Do your products carry a guarantee?
Yes. We offer 12 months installation guarantee alongside individual manufacturer guarantees.
We can remove your old kitchen/bathroom and this is included within our quote price. If a skip is required we will advise our customers in advance who will have the option to source their own, or we can arrange this on their behalf. Please note that there will be an additional charge for waste disposal via us.
Removal of all waste will be done in the most environmentally friendly way possible and in accordance with waste disposal regulations.
Will my home be left in a mess?
One of the many complements Steve receives is how clean and organised he is. Any mess incurred each day will be cleaned and tidied before we leave. We understand the importance of keeping your home running with as little disruption as possible during the installation of your new project.
What areas do you cover?
Based in Worcestershire we predominantly cover our surrounding counties of Gloucestershire (Cotswolds) West Midlands and Warwickshire. However, our work has taken us as far afield as London, Kent, Suffolk, Dorest and Oxfordshire.
Should you live in a county outside of our main area we may be able to offer an initial remote service via email and phone. We will of course ensure we visit your home prior to any work commencement to finalise the project together with you.

Steve will visit you at home to assess your project layout and requirements in further details at a convenient date/time to yourselves. We use the latest in CAD design software to create visuals of your dream home and provide your quotation on email within 72 hours (where possible). More bespoke projects may take slightly longer due to their custom built requirement.
After discussing the design and quotation with you, should you find our pricing and products acceptable then an agreement will be sent for you to signed and return to us with a 30% deposit to secure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept payment via bank transfer, cheque or online invoice (payment using debit/credit cards)
